Our Production & Delivery Process
Since all our products are made to order, the time it takes for your item to arrive is broken down into two main steps:

Fulfillment Time (2–5 Business Days) This is the time it takes our team to create your product and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days for this process.

Shipping & Delivery Once fulfilled, your order is picked up by the carrier and shipped to the address you provided.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 4–10 business days from the time you place your order until it is delivered.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed (payment confirmed) within 1–3 business days before the fulfillment process begins. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order ships (leaves our facility), you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Rates & International Orders

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the shipping method you select. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside the US. International shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary and may be longer than estimated.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Vanny Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they leave our facility.
