What is the return policy?
  • You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if the item has a print error or visible defect.
  • Since all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for issues related to sizing preferences or general change of mind. Please check our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel it.

Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but our ability to change the order is time-sensitive.
When Will I Receive My Order?

Since all our products are made to order, the total time until your order arrives is broken down into two main steps:

1. Fulfillment Time (2–5 Business Days)

It takes 2–5 business days to create your product and prepare your order for shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time depends on product availability and your delivery destination.

  • Once shipped, orders are delivered by third-party carriers to the address you provided.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 4–10 business days from the time you place your order until it is delivered.
How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

You can use that tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's site.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We appreciate your interest and are actively working on expanding to new international markets soon!
